Yasemin Altuner
Customer Service Manager

Yasemin Altuner, joined ComDirect in 1996. In her role as Customer Service Manager, Yasemin hand holds ComDirect Customers from closing, through system installation and product training. Her responsibilities include, not only working with new Customers, but also assisting ComDirect's existing Customer base to lend assistance and keep them apprised of the latest technology available to their Companies. She also supervises curriculum and teaches ComDirect Customer Training Classes, educating end users on how to make their ComDirect communications system work best for them.

Yasemin attended California State University in Long Beach, where she graduated in 1986 with a B.S. in Business Computer Methods and a minor in Business Administration. She has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 18 years. She previously owned and operated a Pacific Bell Authorized Dealership.

Sales Executive

The primary responsibility of this individual is to develop the company's customer relationships. Candidate will present voice, data and networking solutions to a wide variety of potential customers. Requires 2-3 years consultative sales experience preferably in the high tech field.

Support technician

This candidate should have 2-3 years of telecommunications support and Internet experience, as well as knowledge/experience with Telrad and Samsung communications equipment. Certification from Microsoft (MCSE), Cisco (CCNA/CCDA/CCNP/CCIE), is a plus.Responsibilities include providing technical support to customers using our products and solutions both on site and remotely.
